ENDING CHRONIC HOMELESSNESS

It is the largest single commitment of federal funds designed to provide shelter and care for those without a home of their own - $1.4 billion in grants to support an unprecedented number of homeless assistance programs around the country. These local programs will, in turn, provide housing and services for hundreds of thousands of individuals and families who might otherwise be living on the streets. Read more...
